This spacious house is situated in Upper Claremont in a quiet street, only a few walking minutes away from the business and shopping center of Claremont. It is well equipped and furnished with love to details and style. The house has all floors on the ground floor and there is a front and a back garden with an entertainment area and a sparkling pool.
There is easy access over the highway M3 to the South Peninsula and False Bay, Hout Bay on the Atlantic Coast and the City Center with the V&A Waterfront.
The house sleeps up to 6 people; there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and separate shower and 2 big reception areas. Minimum rental period is 1 week! Pets are not allowed. This house may only be rented for a limited period during the summer holiday season in December and January. Cleaning during the week and final cleaning are provided.

From the airport:
Take N2 highway / when close to the mountain turn off into 'Kirstenbosch/Rhodes Drive M3' towards Muizenberg / pass traffic light and take left lane to Claremont/Paradise Road M33 / drive past Shell petrol station towards traffic circle and take the 2nd road left into Newlands Road / then turn 3rd road left into Obelisk Road (after the pedestrian traffic light). |
